Is it True?

Stop for a moment and catch your thought. What are you thinking right now? Is it true that your thoughts shape your life?, would you want what you were thinking right now to become true for you? If it's a thought will come back to you?

It is not easy to catch our thoughts because they move so swiftly. However, we can begin right now to watch and listen to what we say. If you hear yourself expressing negative words of any sort, stop in midsentence. Either rephrase the sentence or just drop it. You could even say to it, "Out".

Sculpt legs with stair strategy

You already know that climbing stairs is an excellent leg and tush toner. But there's a way to see results twice as fast: Simply take one minute to climb a flight of stair instead of the usual 20 seconds. As you climb, visualize the muscles that you're using. The act of focusing will naturally slow down the action, causing you to fully engage your quadriceps(the front of the thights), hamstring (the back of the legs) and gluteus maximus(the butt muscles). "Because this concentration more muscles groups, it can boost the toning effects by 50 percent. For an even firmer rear clench your butt muscles and hold for two counts as you step onto each stair.

Could decaf cause cancer?

I used to down three cups of regular coffee every morning, but after few bouts of the jitters I switched to decaf. I was feeling pretty good about my new brew until my sister told me that decafeinated coffee has been proven to cause cancer.

My sister,s concern about the safety of decaffeinated coffee might stem from old reports that particular decaffeinating solvent, trichloroethylene, was found to cause cancer in mice. Fortunately this ingredients has'nt been used since 1970's and the decaf coffees curently on the market have all been deemed safe. Most used all natural ethyl acetate, a solvent derived from fruit like apples and bananas, in the decaffeination process.

However , I do suggest that you limit the decaf coffee intake to less than three cups a day since decaf is generally made from robusta coffee beans. These beans have high concentrations of diptenes, fats that have been shown to elevate cholesterol levels

Favorite Comfort Food with Half the Fat

I love everything about my moms meatloaf.... except the oil that collects in the bottom of the pan while cooking. For a healthier slice of comfort without altering the family recipe from the loaf by hand and place it in the broiler pan with a foil - lined drip pan underneath. As the ground beef cooked, the oil will fall through the broiler - pan grates into foil.

Express Your Love

Your loved ones knows you love them. How could they not. You feel love for them all the time. But even if your love is obvious to you, your family needs to hear it. We often assumes that people especially those who are close to us, know what we are thimnking and feeling, and therefore we don't need to keep repeating our love and affection. The truth is that doubt spring up, even if they are not rational, and all family members are reassured when you share your feelings for them.

I grew up in a big family, sharing a home with brothers sisters and cousins. But I never doubted my place in it.. Everyday my mother said she loves me. Every single day. There were a lot of mouths to feed, and times that we are struggled. But I never felt unwanted, or overlooked, because there was always a hug coming , always a smile...

Service...an act of courage

There is never an ideal time to do anything. We can wait forever if we think that ideal opportunities will present themselves for acts of kindness and deeds of love. Grasp the opportunity. Make the most of good times and bad times. There must be a certain reckless abandon about the way we act. We cannot always be careful and calculating. We must do what should be done even when we don't have the time or things are not convenient.

Let's have the courage to live fully even when it is risky , vibrantly even when it leads to pain and spontaneously even it will leads to mistakes.

This attitude should be characterise not only the way we live, but also the way we serve. Service is never safe. It is always risky. We never know how we will be received ad what the outcomes will be. Service also never perfect. We serve inspite of our mistakes and our weaknesses. And service can also lead to pain. It can lead to the server feeling empty after having given much, It can result in lack of appreciation. It is usually involves carrying burdens that are not our owns.

The more we think about all of this , the less we are likely to do . Thus, service is an act of courage. It is an act of boldness. It is in some way foolhardy thing to do.
