My lifestyle was killing me and I knew I had to do something about it. I have learned that the best way to develop a healthy lifestyle is to discover the source of problem and then put a plan into action that will develop good health.

Be back

Been too long since I last wrote an article, so many things to accomplish that needs my fervent attention... Really miss the blogging, it serve as as my stress reliever for so many years... anyway so nice to be back here...my passion I started zumba two weeks ago and I love it. I only gave 19 mins at first try, but after a while I realise that somehow,I need it to energize me so I added another 19 more minutes. Well!!!got to try it! Surely you will also love it. Since I having a homeschool boy I need to budget my time in a day wisely. But I assure you that giving more time to exercise will benefits a lot to our health.. Having a good healthy lifestyle will somehow made us strong and basically physique with no cost.
