My lifestyle was killing me and I knew I had to do something about it. I have learned that the best way to develop a healthy lifestyle is to discover the source of problem and then put a plan into action that will develop good health.

Money and stress

This is one of the main causes of stress for many people. No matter how much you make, it doesn't seem to be enough. If you are going to conquer your stress about money, you will need to sit down and get a clear picture of your financial situation.

How much of the money you make are you spending on things that you want, but don't really need? Get a handle on unnecessary expenditures if you want to lower your stress levels.

Figure out how much money you have coming in and where it is going. Then make a realistic spending plan for getting your finances on track. Once you have a plan in place that includes paying down debt and saving a portion of your pay for emergencies and retirement, your stress levels about finances will go down.

Not an alien issue to me.

Personally, when you live on your own, you don't worry too much about things anymore. What you spend, what you have, what you do not have and what you want versus what you need.

Most, I can do without.

Living beyond your means is a disease. Living within your means is healthy. Living without means is errr...a misguided behavioral pattern of survival and therefore is a problem worth solving.

Money and stress are common company. You cannot dissociate one from the other but only when you know how to handle them with discipline.

Hello that´s a good question...I think...

The brain and the body have the ability to conquer stress if you know how to handle it...

Stress is good in normal or moderate amount of stress...short term stress in needs is good but not a long term stress.
Money however is neccessary to pay my bills and I believe it´s another things I need or we all needs to survive in this society..
Somehow to exchanges for food and clothes and all secondary things we need to survive...

Thanks for sharing you thoughts...

happy holiday!
