My lifestyle was killing me and I knew I had to do something about it. I have learned that the best way to develop a healthy lifestyle is to discover the source of problem and then put a plan into action that will develop good health.

Listening in your body

After you've removed the bathroom scale, you may find that you are paying more attention to your body and what it is saying to you. If so, that means you are learning to gauge when you feel hunger and when you feel full. After a while, you will think less about what the scale indicates and more about how you feel.

You will eventually learn to listen to your body and eat only in response to hunger. You'll also know when to stop eating. If you eat quality food and exercise regularly, you will be able to make peace with your body now, no matter what the size. Remember, your worth as a person is not measured by the scale.

Jesus said that "the very hairs of your head are all numbered ." jesus loves you very much. He died to save you because He considers you to be of great worth.
